Etimad is the government procurement platform in Saudi Arabia: tenders are published on it, suppliers register on it, and prequalification invitations and supplier lists run through it. Registration asks for a valid commercial registration, a current ZATCA certificate, a valid social insurance certificate, an activated national address and a bank account in the firm's name, and any expired document halts the file at once. Prequalification then asks for the firm itself: the profile, the project record, the classification certificate, the staff and the equipment. Contractors in the forums ask how to join a supplier list, or post that they won a tender and need to submit the papers before the deadline. The file is the product; a site that keeps it current is the tool.

What it requires

  • Register as a supplier with a valid commercial registration, a current ZATCA certificate, a valid social insurance certificate, an activated national address and a bank account in the firm's name
  • Keep every document valid; an expired document halts the file immediately
  • Answer prequalification invitations with a company profile, a project record, the classification certificate where the tender requires one, key staff and equipment
  • Submit the papers for a won tender within the deadline, in the format the platform expects
  • Use a company-domain email for the account and the correspondence

What the system provides

  • A licences and classification page with each document's number and expiry, and an admin that warns before a document lapses
  • The project record as prequalification pages, one per project, with sector, client, value bracket, year, scope and completion certificate
  • A one-click profile PDF generated from the live pages, dated on the cover, for the invitation that asks for one
  • Key staff and equipment pages kept by your own office, not a designer
  • Your own domain with mailboxes on it, so the account and the correspondence use a company address

What we do not claim yet

  • We do not register your firm on Etimad, submit bids or answer invitations; the file is yours to submit
  • We do not track tenders or supplier-list invitations on the platform; the site holds the documents, it does not watch the platform
