For contractors, building-systems distributors and engineering consultancies

The page procurement opens before they call you.

A bilingual site that is your company profile, exports a tender-ready PDF and never goes out of date; a catalogue with the datasheet on every product; and a WhatsApp assistant that drafts the quotation for your engineer to approve. Priced on the page, maintained by the team that built it.

No mailing list. One reply, from a person, in writing.

Five packages, one shop

Start with what the buyer checks first

Contractors start with the tender-ready site; distributors start with the spec catalogue. The quotation assistant and the follow-up automation plug into either. Scope, price and timeline are on every page.

Proof

Built for the people who build, shown as it is

A 144-product bilingual catalogue rebuilt in one week and maintained since October 2024; an engineering consultancy's work gallery, 2023 to 2025; an automation that calls back every enquiry; and a portal automation for a field-service firm. No traffic or revenue claims, because none are measured yet.

Progress Horizon Trading

A distributor of electrical, mechanical and architectural building systems, trading arm of the ACC Group (pht.com.sa), with 144 products across 22 brands. Built from the first commit in October 2024, rebuilt in one week in 2026 with 478 bilingual URLs, a content API, an 11-screen admin and attribution on every quotation request, and maintained throughout.

Professional Engineering Office

A licensed engineering consultancy founded in 1997, for which we built and ran an Arabic-first site and work gallery from 2023 to 2025: services, sub-services and completed projects per branch, published by the office's own staff through a protected editor, with enquiries routed to four named inboxes. The engagement is complete.

ConvertOnly

Our own product and the proof behind the follow-up automation: an ad or a form creates the enquiry, the CRM gets it with its source, a voice agent calls, the transcript and summary are stored and the callback is booked, every step a row. Built and demonstrated, never launched to paying customers, and we say so.

A field-service portal automation

Authenticated sessions, scheduled captures, a queue with retries and a console the team watches, with selectors kept in configuration so the harness retargets without code. Unnamed at the client's request; it is the pattern behind the portal and back-office side of the automation package.

What we have written for contractors and distributors

The quotation assistant on WhatsApp, product data a consultant can approve, what the tender pack and the vendor portal actually require, and moving a catalogue out of spreadsheets.

A bilingual company profile with the project record table, the licences page and the key staff page, and a quotation template with the items table and the terms, in Word, ready to fill.

How an engagement runs

Diagnose before we quote

Four steps, in this order. Each one ends with something you can hold.

  1. Diagnose

    Deliverable: the written audit

For a site: a crawl, the indexing gaps, speed and content, with a fix list ranked by impact. For a process: a written map of where records are lost and what voice, AI and automation can take on. First findings free; the full report fixed-price.

  2. Baseline

Deliverable: day-0 numbers both sides sign

Index count, Search Console coverage, lead sources and their channels, archived before anything ships. Results are reported against this, not against a screenshot.

  3. Build

Deliverable: releases you review on a live build

Small, frequent releases shipped the same week they are approved, with the client in the room for every decision that costs money.

  4. Measure

    Deliverable: the 120-day report

Every call to action reports its own event, with the visitor's language on it. You hear from us monthly, and the checkpoint report compares the numbers to the baseline you signed.

Everything else Alnitak builds
