The most searched phrase around a contracting firm's name is its profile, and the autocomplete after it is pdf, word and ready to edit. Buyers read the profile in a fixed order: who you are, what you are licensed and classified to do, what you have built, who your engineers are, what equipment you own, and how to reach you. This template follows that order in both languages, with a project record table that carries the fields a prequalification file asks for and a licences page with a column for the expiry date. Fill it once, export the PDF, and keep it beside the site that will replace it.

What is inside

  • A cover with the company name, logo, registration number and the date of this version
  • An about page: activity, founding year, branches, ownership and the message from the management
  • Licences and classification: commercial registration, classification certificate with field and grade, chamber membership, social insurance, ZATCA certificate, each with number and expiry
  • The project record table: project, client, sector, value bracket, year, scope and completion status
  • Certificates and approvals: quality, safety, manufacturer authorisations, with issuing body and date
  • Key staff with discipline and registration, an equipment list, and the contacts page with a company-domain email

How to fill the project record

One row per project, newest first. Sector and client come before the value, because that is the order the reviewer checks. Where the contract value cannot be published, use a bracket and say so in a footnote. Add the completion certificate number where one exists; a project without a certificate is a claim, a project with one is a record.

Keep ongoing projects in a separate table. Mixing them with completed work is the first thing an experienced reviewer notices.

Licences and classification, with dates

Every document in this section has a number and an expiry date, in its own column. A file is halted on an expired document, so the reviewer looks for the date before the name. Put the classification certificate first, with its field and grade, then the commercial registration, then the rest.

Re-export the profile when any date changes. The version date on the cover tells the reader whether what they are holding is current.

Send it as a PDF, keep it as a site

Export the profile as a PDF with the version date on the cover and send it where a portal demands a file. The same content, on your own domain, is the version a buyer finds when he searches your name, and it is the version that never goes out of date: add a project in the admin and the site and the PDF update together.

Send the domain. We diagnose before we quote.
