Aramco vendor registration

Aramco says every company that supplies it must be registered. Suppliers based in Saudi Arabia start from the In-Kingdom registration link on Aramco's Become a supplier page. Aramco's current guide, from 2023, sets out four steps, and its FAQ says suppliers pay no fees. Aramco publishes no approval time, and registering does not guarantee future business. The steps

1. From Aramco's Become a supplier page, open the In-Kingdom supplier registration link and submit the self-registration request form. Aramco reviews it before the questionnaire opens.
2. When it is approved, you receive an email. Create an SAP Ariba account, or sign in to an existing one, and choose your products or services.
3. Complete Aramco's registration questionnaire before its deadline, because the page locks when time runs out. It opens with the supplier code of conduct, then covers your company profile, contacts, owners, authorised signatory, declaration and cybersecurity.
4. Aramco reviews the file in three stages: a system check, an evaluation by its supplier relationship analysts, and final approval. A file with missing information comes back with comments.
5. Manufacturers and stockists then qualify their products, and Aramco inspectors may visit a manufacturer's plant. Vendors that do not manufacture skip the inspection.

What it requires

• A valid commercial registration, and the parent CR if you register a branch. Your address and chosen products must match the CR
• Valid Zakat, VAT, GOSI, Civil Defense and Chamber of Commerce certificates, each valid for at least 30 days after you submit
• A bank letter describing your relationship with the bank, the owners' IDs or your articles of association, and an authenticated authorised-signatory letter
• Aramco's supplier code of conduct, signed, stamped and authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce
• A Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate (CCC). SMEs add a Jadeer certificate from Monsha'at, and foreign-owned companies an investment licence
• Manufacturers add a final industrial licence, an ISO 9001 quality package, a company profile and a product catalogue with each product's technical specification

What the system provides

• Named email addresses on your own domain for every contact. Aramco's forms refuse info@ addresses and public webmail such as Gmail and Hotmail
• A product catalogue with each product's technical specification, ready for a manufacturer's technical package
• A company profile in Arabic and English with the same name, address and activities as your CR
• A website whose product lines match the activities on your CR, because Aramco checks your chosen products against it

What we do not claim yet

• We do not register your company, fill in the questionnaire or arrange the Chamber authentication. The account and the answers are yours.
• We do not issue the Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate, and we make no claim about IKTVA scores. Aramco's own pages set those rules.
• Aramco publishes no approval time, and we do not claim one.
