New Murabba vendor registration

New Murabba Development Company is building the new downtown in Riyadh, including the Mukaab. Its vendors page has two buttons: one to register, and one for vendors who already have an account. The register button opens an Oracle form with eight stages. Local and foreign companies can both register. Questions go through the contact form on newmurabba.com, under Vendor Relations.

The steps

1. Open New Murabba's vendors page and choose Register as a Vendor.
2. Company details: legal name in English, organisation type, supplier type, tax country, and the owner's details and share.
3. Contacts, then addresses.
4. Business classifications, then bank accounts.
5. Products and services: what you supply.
6. A questionnaire, then a review of everything before you register.
7. The form has a note field for New Murabba's approver, so each registration is reviewed. Registered vendors then sign in through Access Vendor Portal.

What it requires

• Your legal name in English, your organisation type and your supplier type. The form lists Supplier, Manufacturing, Contractor and Subcontractor, but no Distributor
• Your commercial registration and tax numbers, once you choose your tax country
• The owner's ID, name, phone, email and share of ownership, plus a finance email address
• Whether you are a branch of a foreign company, and whether you have worked with PIF or its companies before
• Optional on the first stage: your company website, a DUNS number, and your company profile as an attachment

What the system provides

• A company profile PDF in Arabic and English, to attach on the first stage
• A website for the Corporate Web Site field, carrying the same legal name and the products you declare later in the form
• A product catalogue on your site, so the products and services you declare can be checked against it

What we do not claim yet

• New Murabba publishes no document checklist, approval time or fee. We did not open stages 2 to 8, because they need real company data, so we do not describe them.
• We do not register your company or fill in the form. The account and the answers are yours.
• New Murabba signed agreements on local factories with the Ministry of Industry (January 2026) and on small suppliers with Monsha'at's Jadeer platform (April 2026). Neither says it replaces this form.
