Qiddiya vendor registration

Qiddiya Investment Company registers suppliers on SAP Ariba. One request covers Qiddiya, Six Flags and SEVEN, so do not send separate requests. Its guide, dated June 2026, has three steps: an initial request, then four forms, then a bank and tax form. Qiddiya states no registration fee, and the SAP Business Network account it uses is free. The steps

1. Send the initial registration request from Qiddiya's vendor page. Use the email address that should receive the invitation and, later, purchase orders.
2. Choose the company category that fits you best. Qiddiya's supplier relationship team reviews the request.
3. When it is approved, SAP Ariba emails you an invitation. Create an account, or use your existing Ariba account. In Qiddiya's example, the link expires after 120 hours.
4. Complete four forms: the procurement form, the certificates form, the non-disclosure agreement and the code of conduct.
5. After Qiddiya approves them, complete the bank and tax form. Qiddiya's finance team reviews it.
6. Final approval completes your onboarding. Purchase orders then arrive through SAP Business Network.

What it requires

• Your legal name exactly as on your commercial registration, and your 10-digit CR number if you are registered in Saudi Arabia
• Certificates with their numbers and expiry dates: CR, Chamber of Commerce, Zakat and GOSI. Nitaqat, local content, SME and construction classification certificates are optional
• Your company profile and an organisation chart, both required
• An NDA signed by your authorised signatory, with a power of attorney
• A bank account letter from your bank, a bank statement or reference, and your VAT certificate with its 15-digit number
• Every certificate valid for at least 30 more days. If one is not, Qiddiya holds the registration until you upload a new one

What the system provides

• A company profile PDF in Arabic and English, laid out the way buyers read it, ready to attach to the procurement form
• An organisation chart page that shows your departments and your parent, sister and subsidiary companies
• A website that matches your legal name, profile and certificates, so the reviewer sees one consistent company
• A page on your site that lists your certificates with their expiry dates, so no renewal is missed

What we do not claim yet

• We do not send the request or fill in Qiddiya's forms. The Ariba account and the answers are yours.
• Qiddiya's category list sits inside the Ariba form and is not public, so we cannot tell you which category a distributor should choose.
• Qiddiya publishes no approval time, and we do not claim one.
