The daily site report is spoken before it is written: a voice note to the project manager, a call from the site, a WhatsApp message with photos. Whatever is typed up later at a desk loses what was said in between. This package applies the pipeline we built for our own clinical documentation product to the site record: the engineer speaks the report, the system structures it against your template, with a visible empty field where nothing was said instead of a guess, and the engineer reviews and signs before it leaves. Progress, crew, equipment, materials received, issues and safety, in Arabic, English or the mix people actually speak. No published starting price; the report type sets the scope.

- Audit trail. Raw transcript, edited draft and signed report kept in order, so a dispute can be traced to what was said.
- Arabic, English and mixed. A dedicated cleanup stage for technical terms inside Arabic speech, tested on your own recordings before launch.

Does it decide anything?
No. It transcribes and structures what the engineer said, and shows what was not said. The model never decides; a person signs every report.
Where does the audio go?
It stays on hosting in the jurisdiction your contracts expect. Identifiers are stripped before any text reaches a model, and the trail shows what left and when.
What is the proof?
