The daily site report is spoken before it is written: a voice note to the project manager, a call from the site, a WhatsApp message with photos. Whatever is typed up later at a desk loses what was said in between. This package applies the pipeline we built for our own clinical documentation product to the site record: the engineer speaks the report, the system structures it against your template, with a visible empty field where nothing was said instead of a guess, and the engineer reviews and signs before it leaves. Progress, crew, equipment, materials received, issues and safety, in Arabic, English or the mix people actually speak. No published starting price; the report type sets the scope.

Who this is for

  • A contractor whose site engineers send voice notes and photos at 6 p.m. and type the report at 9
  • A consultancy whose supervision reports are written from memory the next morning
  • A firm that needs the report in Arabic for the site and in English for the client
  • An operations manager who wants a searchable record of what was said on site, signed by the person who said it

What is in the package

  • A schema for your report. Named fields for the daily report, the inspection or the handover of works, with a visible gap where nothing was said.
  • Two review gates and a signature. The engineer reviews the draft, edits, reviews again and signs; the signed report is the only one that leaves the system.
  • Audit trail. Raw transcript, edited draft and signed report kept in order, so a dispute can be traced to what was said.
  • Arabic, English and mixed. A dedicated cleanup stage for technical terms inside Arabic speech, tested on your own recordings before launch.
  • Export where the report goes. Word, PDF or WhatsApp to the project manager, or into the project system you use.

Modules

Voice to Structured Record

Speak the record; get a document shaped by a fixed schema with named fields. The transcript is kept, the structure is validated, nothing is invented.

Review, Sign, Export

Two review gates and a signature before anything is stored, then export to Word, PDF and the messaging channel your team already uses.

Visible Gaps and an Audit Trail

A field nobody covered stays empty on the screen. Raw input, draft, edits and signature sit in an append-only log the client owns.

Arabic-English Code-Switching

A dedicated clean-up stage for Latin terms inside Arabic speech, tested against real speech patterns, never a vague claim of Arabic support.

FAQ

Does it decide anything?

No. It transcribes and structures what the engineer said, and shows what was not said. The model never decides; a person signs every report.

Where does the audio go?

It stays on hosting in the jurisdiction your contracts expect. Identifiers are stripped before any text reaches a model, and the trail shows what left and when.

What is the proof?

Critical Care Copilot, our own clinical documentation product: a clinician speaks the handover and gets a structured, signed note, tested with 15 clinicians on simulated cases. The same pipeline, applied to a site report. No site deployment is claimed yet, and we say so.

Why no price on the page?

Because a daily report, an inspection and a handover of works are different records with different review steps. The workflow diagnosis maps yours and comes back with a fixed price for the first report type.

Send the domain. We diagnose before we quote.

Describe the report your engineers give out loud today. You get a written map of what can be captured, the checks it needs, and a fixed price for the first report type.
